In addition to the booking form, you must send a check for 50% of the total price, made out to CASTLOR S.L.
Le reglement du solde se fera seulement en especes (cheques non acceptent), a votre arrivee a l'agence de Torrevieja. Et pour la caution, vous devrez egalement etre munis d'une carte bancaire.
D'apres le decret 30/1993, du 8 mars (annulation de reservation), nous vous rappelons que dans le cas d'annulation:
In the case of cancellation, you must provide us with the following:
- 10% du prix total de la reserve lorsque l'annulation est effectuée 45 jours avant la date prevue d'entrée dans le logement.
- 10% of the total price of the reservation if the cancellation is done 45 days or more prior to the date that was reserved.
- 30 % for between 45 and 15 days prior.
- 100% if notice is given less then 15 days prior.

Please Note: The undersigned is responsible for the behavior of all of the occupants of the unit. In case of problems or behavior that results in problems with neighbooring tenants the undersigned and the other tenants given above will be evicted immediately with no refund whatsoever.

It will be impossible to change your reservations upon arrival.
